Our Community
Located in Weatherford, Texas, our community offers 12 homesites. Each homesite has ample space and at just $495.00 a month, the sites include water, sewer and trash. Each home may house up to two people (maximum). Electricity will be provided by the tiny homeowner. These sites provide ample shade from the established trees throughout the property as well as a picnic table for each site. The community offers space for a storage building as well as the ability to add fencing for pets. We are located just 2 miles from I20 and 15 minutes from Weatherford. We will be offering 50 amp and 100 amp sites.
